We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant who can work independently and enjoys a challenging and rewarding job. This role will be responsible for providing office management and administrative support to the Chief Medical Office, and will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Directors, and other departments. Responsibilities include managing Outlook calendars and physician on call schedules; organizing meetings; supporting the Chief in teaching duties at UW, preparing presentations; and managing travel arrangements. The incumbent will be performing duties that require effective communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy, sound judgment, and excellent grammar/proofreading and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and interact effectively.

Requirements include: Minimum of four years' experience providing administrative support to senior management preferred. Experience as an Executive Assistant or a position within an equal capacity is a bonus. Business and writing courses are desirable. Incumbent should have a Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet searching; Adobe Acrobat, desktop publishing skills. This is a full-time position based at our Central location in Seattle's First Hill Neighborhood. Salary range is $902.49 - $1,150.73 - $1,398.97 per week. Salary is DOE, DOQ.
