We are seeking an experienced leader with great communication and collaboration skills to manage, motivate, and support assigned teams. Specific responsibilities include developing, supporting and scheduling technical staff; partnering with team, volunteers and other departments to achieve registration targets; ensuring that blood components are collected in a safe manner while providing excellent customer service. Position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with Bloodworks Northwest and regulatory requirements.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience, or 2 years of experience in blood collections and/or donor or volunteer recruitment; BA/BS/BSN in health or science field strongly preferred; demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a team environment, ability to interact positively with public and staff as well as working effectively on an independent basis; ability to adjust to a variety of working conditions; ability to travel throughout western Washington, work extended hours, valid driver's license; and ability to lift and carry +/- 60 lbs.
This position is based out of our Bellingham center and is responsible for both mobile and center operations at that location.

Application deadline: Open until filled. The salary range for this Exempt position is: (33) $53,051 - $67,620 – $82,221 annualized. Full benefit package is included.
