Test Information Assay is a chemiluminescent immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to Trypanosoma cruzi in human serum and plasma.
Sample Requirements Living Donor: Serum or Plasma (EDTA, potassium oxalate, sodium citrate, ACD-A, ACD-B, CPD, CP2D, CPDA-1). Heparin anticoagulants are not acceptable.
Cadaveric Donor: Serum.
