  • After donating umbilical cord blood during the birth of each of her two children, Lace strongly advocates for the simplicity and future benefits of cord blood donation. “I thought that if it’s something that just goes to waste, it doesn’t hurt me or my baby, and I could help save someone’s life, then why not? Even though we aren’t expecting any more children, I would donate again if I could. Donating did not change my experience in any way.
