Mobile Therapeutic Apheresis

Bloodworks Apheresis Services provides adult and pediatric therapeutic apheresis services (mobile only) at many medical centers (and their outpatient infusion clinics) in King County as well as Snohomish County and Pierce County. Therapeutic apheresis services include extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP is a new apheresis service starting Spring 2019!), therapeutic plasma exchange, red cell exchange (RBCX), whole blood exchange (WBEX) white blood cell (WBC) depletion, and platelet depletion.

Peripheral Blood Cellular Therapy Product Collection

In addition, Bloodworks Apheresis Services routinely collects leukapheresis products for both clinical and non-clinical use in compliance with Current Good Tissue Practices (21 CFR 1271). Importantly, Bloodworks was granted FACT (Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy) accreditation for peripheral blood cellular therapy product collection as an independent collection facility in 2018!
